Ms. Susmita Sengupta has been appointed as Technical Director-Mahanagar Gas Limited from February 15, 2014. She has taken over charge from Mr. Allan Perrin who had held that position for the last 6 years and was given a heartfelt farewell by MGL employees
Ms. Sengupta has rich experience of more than 25 years in Oil & Gas industry at prominent positions across three countries namely UK, USA and Canada. Prior to her appointment to MGL, she was Director - Engineering, Project Management at DCP Midstream, Denver/Midland, CO/TX, USA.
Ms. Sengupta, inter alia, has led internal and EPCM engineering / construction project activities for multi-faceted operating assets (pipeline, compressor stations, processing plants). Ms. Sengupta has provided hands-on management of project control / forecasting / reporting activities. She has also prepared and implemented engineering & HSE required certification, practices, policies and, procedures.
