Mr. Mahesh V. Iyer

Chairman

Mr. Mahesh Vishwanathan Iyer, Director (Business Development) with GAIL (India) Limited ('GAIL') has been appointed as Director on the Board and elected as Chairman of Mahanagar Gas Limited effective from 01st September 2022.

Mr. Iyer is an Electrical Engineer with more than 36 years of rich and diverse experience in execution of projects in the areas of gas pipelines, LNG terminals, renewables etc, amounting to Rs.40,000 crore. As a target-oriented professional, he has consistently delivered results in Projects and O&M roles.

Mr. Iyer has been part of the core team of GAIL for implementation of various long term and short term strategies. Mr. Iyer is a Chairperson of Konkan LNG Limited and Central U.P. Gas Limited and also holds Directorship in ONGC Tripura Power Company Limited.

Mr. Bhuwan Chandra Tripathi

Chairman

Mr. Bhuwan Chandra Tripathi, Chairman and Managing Director, GAIL (India) Limited has been appointed as Director on the Board and elected as Chairman of Mahanagar Gas Limited effective from November 29, 2018.

Mr. Tripathi is Chairman and Managing Director since August 01, 2009 and has been a member of the company's Board of Directors since July 2007. Under his leadership and sustained efforts, GAIL ranks amongst the Top 10 international LNG portfolio players and also stands elevated to the stature of a ‘Maharatna' public sector enterprise.

GAIL has strengthened its core businesses across natural gas midstream and downstream chains during the last decade by doubling gas transmission capacity, tripling petrochemicals marketable portfolio and has also forayed into newer game-changing opportunities by securing over 8.0 MTPA long-term LNG from diversified geographies, spread on multiple indexes for supporting India's energy security. In sync with the LNG strategy, GAIL commissioned the beleaguered Dabhol Regas terminal as an owners' engineer and expanded into chartering LNG ships for ensuring a complete play in the LNG trading cycle. In recognition to his pioneering initiatives for transforming GAIL into being a significant player in the international LNG and NG markets, Mr. Tripathi was awarded as "Best LNG Executive" at the 14th WC Summit, Paris.

A Mechanical Engineer from MNNIT, Allahabad, Mr. Bhuwan Chandra Tripathi has been leading multi-billion dollar infrastructure projects and ardently supporting the Government and stakeholders based on his 35 years of rich experience and consensus-based decision making approach in shaping energy policies and regulations for the natural gas value chain.

Mr. Trivikram Arun Ramanathan

Director

Mr. Trivikram Arun Ramanathan, BGAPH Nominee, has been appointed as Non Executive Director on the Board of Mahanagar Gas Limited w.e.f. May 10, 2019.

Mr. Trivikram is a General Management Shell Executive with a techno commercial background and business administration experience in a variety of commercial / deal making, operational / safety, dispute resolution, venture development and regulatory/advocacy roles spanning integrated gas & power, LNG, Upstream Exploration and Production spread across Middle­East, Europe / UK, Far-East and South Asia. In his current assignment into which he was appointed in 2018, he serves as a General Manager of Shell's upstream business in India and as Managing Director of BG Exploration and Production India Limited (a 100% subsidiary of Royal Dutch Shell), an oil and gas producing subsidiary with a community of over 600 experienced professionals in Shell's Integrated Gas Business Portfolio.

Outside work, Mr. Trivikram is a Visiting Corporate Speaker at the Institute for Manufacturing at the University of Cambridge and at the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai. He is also actively involved in mentoring the London start-up community in the energy and sustainability space and is a member of the Harvard Business School Angels Association of London. He has a passion for sports (tennis, swimming, and golf), enjoys playing the piano, astronomy and animal welfare and is a life member of Wolfson College at University of Cambridge.

Mr. Trivikram has an undergraduate engineering degree with First Class Honours from the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, as a Nanyang Scholar; Masters from the University of Cambridge as a Gates Cambridge Scholar and was awarded the Sir Frederick Alfred Warren prize; holds an MBA in General Management with Distinction from Harvard Business School, USA and completed an Advanced Course in Renewable and Sustainable Energy from Massachusetts Institute for Technology, USA.

Mr. Arun Balakrishnan

Director

Mr. Arun Balakrishnan has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director.

Mr. Arun Balakrishnan, who retired as Chairman & Managing Director from Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) in July 2010, has over 37 years of experience. He has graduated in B.E. (Chemical) from the College of Engineering, Trichur, Kerala and holds a post graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, 1976. He has been presented the ‘Distinguished Alumniu Award 2008' by the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.

Mr. Arun Balakrishnan is also a Director on the Board of HPCL - Mittal Energy Limited, HPCL-Mittal Pipelines Limited, NCDEX e Markets Limited, Linde India Limited, Rashtriya E Market Services Private Limited, Shipping Corporation Limited and Pipeline Infrastructure Limited. In addition, Mr.Balakrishnan has also been appointed as Honorary Chairman of the Institute of Directors, Bangalore.

Mr. Santosh Kumar

Director

Mr. Santosh Kumar has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director.

Mr. Santosh Kumar, who retired as Director (Projects) from GAIL, is an Electrical Engineer from Motilal Nehru Engineering College, Allahabad (1970 batch). He has a total experience of more than thirty years in Fertilizers &  Telecom followed by a major part in Oil & Gas Industry in India, particularly rich and varied experience in the fields of Human Resource Development skills and later as Head of Project activities followed by appointment by President Of India as Director (Projects) on the Board of GAIL.

Mr. Santosh Kumar was Director (Projects) in GAIL from November 2006 to June 2009. During his tenure in GAIL, he was also the Chairman of Green Gas Limited, Lucknow and Maharashtra Natural Gas Ltd., Pune and Director on the Board of Central UP Gas Ltd., Kanpur, NATGAS, Egypt and GSEG and a Member of First Board of Directors, Ratnagiri Gas & Power Pvt. Ltd., Dabhol. Mr. Kumar was advisor with GSPL, Ahmedabad from September 2009 to August 2010.

Mr. Premesh Kumar Jain

Director

Mr. Premesh Kumar Jain has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director effective from April 09, 2018.

Mr. Premesh Kumar Jain, former Director (Finance) GAIL has over 6 years Board level experience in GAIL and its various Domestic and International subsidiary companies like GAIL Global (Singapore) Pte. Ltd, GAIL Gas Ltd, BCPL, China gas Ltd and GAIL China Gas Global Energy Holding Ltd. He also served as Chairman / member of various committees of the Board, PF Trust, Pension Trust, Gratuity Fund Trust of the company.

A Chartered Accountant and MBA (University of Hull, UK), he has nearly 35 years of experience in Oil and Gas sector in the areas of Forex Risk Management and implementation of Hedging Policy, Capital Budgeting, Corporate Budgets, Corporate Accounts, Contract Management, Finalisation of Long term LNG and Gas agreements, Liquification and Regasification Terminal Service Agreements, Shareholder Agreements and Joint Venture Agreements etc. He also has the credit of interacting with PNGRB for various issues like tariffs finalization of various pipelines, raising / resolution of the issues with PNGRB / APTEL, participation in bidding process of natural gas pipeline and CGD for various cities through GAIL, its subsidiary, JVs etc.

Mr. Premesh Kumar Jain is also a Director on the Board of Pipeline Infrastructure Limited.

Mr. Baldev Singh

Director

Mr. Baldev Harpal Singh has been appointed as Director effective from April 28, 2021.

Mr. Singh an Indian Administrative Services (IAS) officer of the 1989 batch belonging to the Maharashtra cadre has graduated in Bachelor of Arts (Economics); Masters in Business Administration with specialization in Finance and Marketing; Short term training courses from International Institute of Social Studies (ISS), Netherland in Governance, Democratization & Public Policy and from Berkeley (UCB), California, in Domestic Funding of Foreign Training (DFFT).

Mr. Baldev Singh has been recently appointed as the Additional Chief Secretary (Industries), Industry, Energy and Labour Department. Prior to this, he held the post of Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) of Maharashtra.

In his career spanning more than 30 years, he has served the State and the Country handling various positions. Some of the key profiles he held in the past are Development Commissioner, Santa Cruz Exclusive Export Processing Zone (SEEPZ), Special Economic Zone (SEZ) Mumbai under the Department of Commerce and Principal Secretary, Labour Department, Government of Maharashtra.

Mr. Syed S. Hussain

Director

Mr. Syed S. Hussain has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director effective from September 09, 2019.

Mr. Hussain graduated in B.A. (Hons.) in English with Distinction in Persian and M.A. in English from University of Patna. He has also completed his M.Sc. in Administrative Sciences and Development Problems from University of York, U.K., England. Mr. Hussain has done a course on Health Sector reforms and Sustenance at World Bank, Washington D.C., U.S. as well a Short Term training program on infrastructure in market economy (Public Private Partnership Project) in changing world, J.F. Kennedy Business School, Harvard University, Boston, U.S. Mr. Hussain has experience and expertise in Public Policy Planning and Implementation.

He belongs to 1973 batch of Indian Revenue Service (IRS) and 1976 batch of Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Maharashtra cadre. Mr. Hussain retired as Vice-Chairman and Managing Director of City & Industrial Development Corp. of Maharashtra Ltd. (CIDCO). He has worked as Chairman of JNPT and Joint Managing Director of CIDCO.

Prior to taking over the charge of Additional Chief Secretary, GOM, he has held the posts of Principal Secretary of Public Health, Revenue, Forest and Rural Development departments. He was also the CEO of Zilla Parishad, Nagpur and District Collector & Magistrate, Latur and Nasik, Maharashtra.

Mr. Syed Hussain was awarded with "Business Leader of the year - Ports" award at Leadership & Excellence Awards Shipping, Marine & Ports 2010 and also bestowed with "Maritime Gateway - Major Port of the year" Award consecutively for two years during his tenure as Chairman of JNPT.

Ms. Malvika Sinha

Director

Ms. Malvika Sinha has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director effective from August 24, 2021.

Ms. Malvika Sinha holds a Masters' Degree in Public Administration from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs, Princeton University, USA, and a Masters' Degree in Arts from Elphinstone College, Mumbai University. Additionally, she is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Banking.

Ms. Sinha joined the Reserve Bank of India in 1982 as a career Central Banker and after serving the Reserve Bank of India ("RBI") for 38 years in various capacities, she retired as Executive Director in February 2020. As Executive Director at RBI, she was in charge of the Human Resource Development, Foreign Exchange Department, Internal Debt Management Department and Deposit Insurance and Credit Guarantee Department and had the executive responsibility for the operations of these departments and overseeing policy formulation in these areas. She was responsible for recruiting, posting, promotion, training, industrial relations, and policies for around 15,000 employees of the RBI.

She has served as RBI's Nominee Director on the Board of State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur before its merger with SBI. She was also on the Governing Council of both the Institute of Banking and Finance & Institute of Banking Personnel Selection.

Mr. Rajeev Bhaskar Sahi

Mr. Rajeev Bhaskar Sahi has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director effective from August 24, 2021.

Mr. Rajeev Bhaskar Sahi did his Post Graduate Program (MBA) in Finance and Marketing from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and Marketing Management Program - Brand Management and International Marketing, from Columbia Business School, USA.

Mr. Sahi has over 35 years of varied experience in the petroleum, media, hospitality, education and retail sectors. He had steered multiple functions including Corporate Planning, Operations, Logistics, Finance, Sales and Marketing, Organizational Restructuring and grassroot Project Implementation.

Mr. Sahi is currently a volunteer with the Ramakrishna Mission, based at Mumbai. He was Group CEO of Kwality Group of Companies, Delhi from 2012 to 2016 and was the CEO of Career Knowledge Resources Pvt. Ltd. from 2010 to 2011. He was also the CEO, International Business for Esselgroup, based at Arlington Tx, USA from 2008 to 2009 and was President, Retail Petroleum Business of Reliance Industries Limited from 2001 to 2008. Prior to that, Mr. Sahi held various positions at Bharat Petroleum from 1981 to 2001.

Mr. Venkatraman Srinivasan

Director

Mr. Venkatraman Srinivasan has been appointed as an Independent NonExecutive Director effective from August 24, 2021.

Mr. Venkatraman Srinivasan is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He completed his graduation in Commerce from Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai. He participated in Programme on 'Audit Committees in the New Era of Corporate Governance' in August 2010 conducted by Harvard Business School.

Mr. Venkatraman Srinivasan is a Partner in V. Sankar Aiyar & Co. He is engaged in audit and assurance practice and direct tax and corporate advisory services since 1984. He specializes in statutory audits of banks, mutual funds and financial institutions and public sector organisations as well in advisory in the areas of Direct Tax, Company Law, the Competition Act, the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) and Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) matters.

He was co-opted as a Member of the Expert Advisory Committee (EAC) of the ICAI for the year 2021-22. He was a member on the Panel of Special Group formed by the Financial Reporting Review Board (FRRB) of ICAI for the year 2013-14.

Mr. Ashu Shinghal

Managing Director

Mr. Ashu Shinghal has been appointed as Managing Director on the Board of Mahanagar Gas Limited (MGL) with effect from December 23, 2022.

Mr. Ashu Shinghal is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from NIT, Silchar and also holds a Master degree in Business Administration (MBA), with specialization in Operation Management. Prior to his joining MGL, he was heading Corporate Strategy, Planning & Advocacy, Risk Management, Total Quality Management and Sustainable Developments departments at GAIL (India) Limited as Executive Director while also being responsible for the role of Chief Risk Officer of the organization. He is a serving Director on the Board of ONGC Petro Additions Ltd. (OPAL) and Talcher Fertiliser Ltd (TFL). He has also served as a Director on the Board of Mahanagar Gas Limited (MGL) in the year 2018.

Mr. Shinghal has rich experience of more than 31 years in hydrocarbon sector covering diverse functional areas which includes Corporate Strategy, large scale Project Execution including cross country Gas Pipelines, Petrochemical and LNG. He has worked in close association with top management in strategic decision making of GAIL, has been a key liaison point for stakeholder engagement initiatives under natural gas advocacy program with various multilateral organizations, industry associations' committees and think tanks. In the capacity of Chief Risk and Strategy Officer of GAIL - he has successfully managed price risk, index risk (HH, Brent), and currency risk under LNG contracts which impact the bottom-line. Mr. Shinghal has led the Profit Maximization assignment in GAIL resulting in accrual / realization of benefits of over Rs.1,000 Crore through operational efficiencies, cost reduction and revenue maximization.

Mr. Ashu Shinghal also represented the Indian industrial delegation in prestigious International Visitor Leadership program by US Govt.

Mr. Sanjay Shende

Deputy Managing Director

Mr. Sanjay Shende has been appointed as Deputy Managing Director on the Board of Mahanagar Gas Limited (MGL) with effect from May 24, 2021.

Mr. Sanjay Shende has a rich, illustrious career in B2B sales, exports, and marketing spanning almost three decades. He is a trained civil engineer and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.

He started his career in GAIL at the petrochemical complex at Pata, UP during the commissioning phase to establish the logistics/ supply chain for polymer . Subsequently, from 2000 onwards, he Joined Mumbai Zonal office looking after polymer sales in Maharashtra and Goa turning this region into one of the top three sales zones for GAIL. He was instrumental in starting Deemed export of polymers in GAIL. Also, during the construction phase of Dahej Uran Dabhol Pipeline, taking lead position , started inhouse compounding for three layer PE coating using GAIL’ HDPE for coating the line pipes.

Post commissioning of the Dahej Uran Dabhol Panvel pipelines (2008) and the arrival of RLNG in the Maharashtra and Goa market, Mr. Shende spearheaded RLNG sales.

In 2011, he joined GAIL's Ahmedabad Zonal office and was in charge of marketing for the Natural Gas, Polymer & Liquid Hydrocarbons in Gujarat market that contributed close to 25% of GAIL's total revenue. From 2015 to 2018, he was posted in the petrochemicals marketing group at Noida in charge of formulating various policies and looking after the pricing of polymers.

Since 2018, he has been heading GAIL's Hyderabad zonal office looking after the marketing activities for GAIL as well as boundary management in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

Prior to joining GAIL, Mr. Shende worked at Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited and Indian Petrochemicals Corporation Limited.

Dr. Harshadeep S. Kamble

Director

Dr. Harshadeep S. Kamble has been appointed as Director effective from November 11, 2022.

Dr. Harshadeep Kamble graduated as M.B.B.S. from Nagpur Medical College. Dr. Kamble belongs to 1997 Batch of Indian Administrative Service (IAS). He is presently working as a Principal Secretary (Industries), Government of Maharashtra. He is also Chairman of Prime Minister Employment Generation Scheme and Export Committee of the Maharashtra State. During his career, he worked as Food & Drug Administration Commissioner, Maharashtra State; Secretary to Minister of Social Justice, Government of India; Metropolitan Commissioner, Nagpur; Municipal Commissioner, Malegaon and Aurangabad; Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Zilla Parishad, Parbhani and Nandurbar and Assistant Collector, Akola.

Mr. Jainendar Kumar Jain

Director

Mr. Jainendar Kumar Jain has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director.

Mr. Jain, who is an Ex-Director (Finance) of GAIL, is a Chartered Accountant and fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has total experience of thirty two years in various Organizations in different capacities in Finance function. Mr. Jain was Director (Finance) in GAIL from 1996 to 2005. He was GAIL Nominee Director on the Board of Mahanagar Gas Limited from January 1998 to August 2003. He has been on the Board of Indraprastha Gas Limited besides various other companies in the past.

Currently, Mr. J.K. Jain is a Director on the Board of M/s. Jamna Auto Industries Limited. Mr. J.K. Jain has extensive experience in the areas of Finance, Investment, Funding, Compliance, Corporate Governance, Risk Management etc.

Mr. Rajesh D. Patel

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Rajesh D. Patel is the Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He joined our Company on April 09, 2009. He holds a bachelor's degree in commerce from the University of Mumbai. He is the Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (FCA), Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants of United Kingdom (ACMA, CGMA) and Graduate member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.

He is the functional head of Finance & Accounts and manages finance, accounting, costing, budgeting, and a team member for achieving strategic objectives of the Company.

Prior to joining MGL, he was General Manager (Finance) with Adani Infrastructure and Developers Private Limited. He has also worked with Crompton Greaves Limited, Philips India Limited, and Adlabs Films Limited. He has an overall experience of 27 years in the areas of finance, accounting, costing, management information systems, taxation, and internal audit. Apart from this, he has experience of teaching finance and related subjects at St. Xavier's College (Commerce Section), Mumbai.

Mr. Rajesh P Wagle

Senior Vice President - Marketing

Mr. Rajesh P Wagle is the Head - Marketing of our Company. He joined our Company on July 22, 2002. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. He also holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign. At our Company, he is the Functional Head of the Marketing and CRM Groups. Prior to joining our Company, he has worked with Quantum Information Systems Limited, Enron India Private Limited and GAIL.

Mr. Srinivasan Murali

Senior Vice President - Operation & Maintenance

Mr. Srinivasan Murali is the Head - Operations and Maintenance of our Company. He joined our Company on October 03, 2002. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Technology in Mechanical Engineering from IIT(BHU) formerly IT-BHU. He also holds a Diploma and an Advanced Diploma in Management, and Diploma in Financial Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University. At our Company, he is the Functional Head of Operations, Maintenance, online domestic connection, CNG upgradation and Metering Departments and is responsible for providing leadership management and direction for all activities related to operating and maintaining our Company's assets safely and with maximum uptime. Prior to joining our Company, he has worked with Bilt Chemicals Limited, Cabot India Limited, Cement Corporation of India Limited and Indian Aluminium Company Limited.

Mr. T L Sharnagat

Vice President - Contracts & Procurement and Chief Risk Officer

Mr. T L Sharnagat is Head - Contracts, Procurement, Inventory Management & Stores Management and Chief Risk Officer of our Company. He joined our Company during May 2008. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Government College of Engineering Jabalpur. He also holds MBA degree in Marketing Management. He is Certified Professional in Supply Chain Management (CPSM) from ISM USA. He possesses Diploma in Exports Management. He is responsible for providing leadership, management and direction for all Supply Chain, Inventory and Procurement activities for the organization. Mr. Sharnagat has around 30 years of experience in Purchasing, Contracts, Imports, Inventory Management which includes multi-domain expertise like SAP implementation. Prior to joining us, he was working with organizations like L&T and GAIL (India) Limited.

Mr. Chakrapani Atmakur

Vice President - Human Resources & Corporate Social Responsibility

Mr. Chakrapani Atmakur is Vice President - Human Resources & Corporate Social Responsibility of our Company. He joined our Company in January 2019. He is an MBA in HR from SK University, Anantapur, AP. He is Function Head of Human Resources responsible for guiding, managing and providing strategy on people function for the organization. Mr. Chakrapani has rich experience of over 28 years in entire gamut of HR. Prior to joining us, he was working with organizations like SI Group(I) Pvt Ltd, Owens Corning (I) Ltd and M/s Indian Petrochemicals Corporation.

Mr. Gurvinder Singh

Vice President - Projects

Mr. Gurvinder Singh has joined Mahanagar Gas Limited on June 12, 2019.

He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 29 years of rich experience in Oil & Gas. He is BE (Mechanical) from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh and has also done MSc (Environmental Sciences). At MGL, he is the Functional Head of PNG Projects, Steel Projects, LNG and CNG projects. Prior to joining MGL, he has worked in Nayara Energy Limited (formerly Essar Oil Limited) and Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited. He has held various positions in Construction, Retail Design and Engineering, Marketing, Business Development, Operations and HSSE.

Mr. Atul Prabhu

AVP (IA & Vigilance) and Company Secretary & Compliance Officer

Mr. Atul Prabhu is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India (ICWAI) and Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

Mr. Prabhu possesses knowledge in the field of Internal Audit, Internal Controls, Risk Management, Accounts and Finance and is having post qualification experience of more than 23 years in diversified industries like Engineering & Construction, Energy & Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Telecom, Media & Entertainment, Education and Finance.

Currently associated with Mahanagar Gas Limited as General Manager (Internal Audit & Vigilance) and Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, Mr. Atul Prabhu's previous assignments were with Essel Group, Larsen & Toubro Ltd, Reliance Communications Ltd and Ion Exchange India Ltd.

Mr. Manas Das

Vice President - Business Development & Commercial

Mr. Manas Das is the head of Business Development & Commercial Functions in our company. He joined Mahanagar Gas Limited on 24th September 2020. He is a Chemical Engineer from IIT Kanpur and has an MBA in International Business from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi. He comes with an experience of 29 years in the fields of Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate & Strategic Planning, Marketing, Business Development, Organizational Transformation, Learning & Development and Plant Operations. His previous assignment was with M/s ValuEndow Consulting Private Limited, a Management Consulting firm as MD & CEO. In MGL, he is responsible for all activities related to Business Development, Strategy, Commercial (including gas sourcing and pricing) and Regulatory matters

Mr. Sitanshu S. Roychowdhury is the Head - Operations and Maintenance of our Company. He joined our Company on 03rd March 2021. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College. He also holds an MBA degree from University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun . At our Company, he is the Functional Head of Operations, Maintenance, CNG upgradation, Online domestic connection, and Metering Departments. He is responsible for providing leadership and management for all activities related to operating and maintaining our Company's assets safely and with maximum uptime. He has a rich experience across Upstream, Midstream and Downstream sectors of Hydrocarbon industry. Prior to joining our Company, he has worked with ABB ABL Ltd, GAIL (India) Limited, SABIC, Essar Oil and Cairn Oil & Gas.
