Temporary Discontinuation Process

In case you do not need the piped gas connection for some time, the supply of gas can be temporarily disconnected on receipt of a written request from the customer at our Customer Care. On receipt of request our authorized person will visit your premises and temporarily stop the supply of gas. Subsequently on your written intimation the same would be resumed.

Customer requesting for removing/re-installing of Gas Meter due to kitchen renovation work shall pl. note that such request is to be given only after completion of civil & carpentry work in their kitchen. This will ease the work of MGL service provider, help in delivering timely service & unnecessary visit to customer house can be minimized.
