MGL Celebrates Independence Day

Two new centers to extend support and service to customers

In order to extend excellent service and support to its customers, Mahanagar Gas Limited. (MGL), has announced the opening of its two new customer walk-in centres at Sanpada (Navi Mumbai) and Mira Road (Mira – Bhayander). With the new centres, MGL now has six customer walk-in centres including centres in Bandra, Kandivali, Mulund and Thane which are open from 10am to 5pm making excellent services available for MGL’s esteemed customers.

Competent and trained personnel deployed at these centres will address to and resolve customer queries and also closely monitor grievances from the moment they are registered.

MGL has always believed in sustainable growth through quality and is committed to provide safe and un-interrupted supply of Natural Gas to its valued customers. MGL has a well-equipped customer care centre to cater to customer requirements. MGL is the first City Gas Distribution Company to have a SAP based customer care module, which is easily accessed across all its offices in and around Mumbai.
